The separating and sorting machines are the centrepiece of each recycling system and represent the core competence of
Trennso-Technik.
Our optimised dry separation process separates bulk materials or products pre-reduced to bulk materials with up to 100 % purity. Each system is developed in line with the individual requirements of the customer so that each is a masterpiece of functionality and technology in itself.
If required, we can supply systems in turn-key design. These also include the dosing and materials handling technology, aspiration technology, electrical and control technology as well as assembly and commissioning of the system. Comprehensive test processes in our own technology centre ensure that our systems meet all requirements.
The continuous use of many systems in threeshift operation is an indication of the high process reliability and quality of our products and services. Whether the required throughput capacity is just a few kilograms or several tonnes per hour is immaterial.
